Although Spayo does not sell personal information for money, certain advertising and analytics tools may be classified as “sharing” under CPRA. This page explains how you can opt out.

  • “Share” means transferring personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, even if no money is exchanged.

Examples of tools that may count as “sharing”:

  • Other ad technologies that track user interactions across websites

We only load these technologies if you give consent in your Cookie Banner (for EU/UK/Switzerland) or if you do not opt out (for US visitors).

2. What Personal Information May Be “Sold” or “Shared”?

Spayo does not sell personal information for monetary gain.

However, certain advertising cookies may collect:

  • Device identifiers
  • Page interactions
  • Referrer URLs
  • Browser and device type
  • IP address (shortened/anonymized where possible)

These are used only for advertising attribution and performance, not for identifying you personally.

We never share:

  • User-uploaded images
  • AI-generated images
  • Payment details
  • Token balance or account usage
  • Email, or name
  • Gallery data
  • Private chat or custom prompt history

Those categories are always excluded from advertising systems.

You can instruct us not to sell or share your personal information for advertising purposes.

You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you.

You may request that inaccurate personal information be corrected.

4. How to Opt Out of Selling or Sharing (Two Methods)

METHOD 1: One-Click Opt-Out Button

  • All advertising cookies will be disabled
  • Existing ads/marketing cookies will be deleted
  • We will store an opt-out preference for at least 12 months
  • We will stop sharing your data with advertising partners

METHOD 2: Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

If your browser sends a GPC signal:

  • We automatically treat it as a valid opt-out request
  • No advertising cookies or trackers will load
  • No manual action is required

6. Confirmation for App Users (app.spayo.xyz)

Inside the Spayo application:

  • No targeted advertising is shown
  • No marketing cookies run
  • No pixels track your designs, uploads, gallery, or token usage
  • No “sales” or “sharing” occur within the app environment

The opt-out applies primarily to the marketing website, not the app.

Your AI-generated images, uploads, designs, and prompts are never used for advertising or sold/shared.

7. Data We Never Sell or Share

Regardless of jurisdiction, we do not sell or share:

  • User accounts
  • Uploaded photos
  • AI-generated redesigns
  • Custom prompts
  • Gallery items
  • Stripe payment data
  • Messages, settings, or personal interactions
  • Referral program details
  • Token balance and usage
  • Customer support conversations

These categories remain strictly confidential.

8. Exercising Your Rights

We will respond within 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension in complex cases.

Anonymous opt-out requests (e.g., GPC) are honored without verification.

10. Changes to This Notice

We may update this page when we change our practices.
